Responsibilities of the Store Manager:

  • Upselling of products to customers whilst being front of house
  • Working on an online system
  • Ensuring shop floor is presentable and visually appealing
  • Ensuring orders that come through the system are sent to the stores person to achieve such duties below
  • Ensure all goods are unpacked and stored safely within the warehouse facility
  • Keep all areas clean and tidy
  • Build relationships with external parties such as freight companies
  • Key holder
  • Ensure all customer enquiries via email, telephone and face to face are dealt with effectively maintaining a high level of customer service at all times
  • Communication with directors and working alongside to achieve business goals

You will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English, with previous experiencing of operating in a similar role ideally in a warehouse, showroom or front facing role.

To be successful in this role you will be confident working independently once an initial onboarding and training process has taken place. This role requires an individual who has the ability to communicate with various internal and external personnel with confidence and a high level of care.

A full British driving license is advantageous but not essential.
