Purchase Ledger Clerk

We have the pleasure of recruiting a temporary purchase ledger clerk for a key client on the H2 portfolio.  Those applying must have previous experience of working within a Purchase Ledger role and a busy finance department.

You will be a key member of the Head Office Accounts Team within a key worker industry that has continued to perform well during the pandemic and therefore the role is a fantastic opportunity.

 

Responsibilities

  • Working on the Purchase Ledger of two companies
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders
  • Checking codes and entering invoices onto SAP Business One
  • Checking POs have been raised correctly and in a timely manner
  • Chasing GRNs
  • Dealing with invoice discrepancies
  • Managing queries through email or telephone
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Multiple POs on invoices
  • Experience of SAP

 

The role is full time, 37.5 hours per week. This business has now transitioned back to working in their head office.
