Customer Service Advisor
Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity, if so we have an exciting new role on the H2 portfolio working with a well established distribution company on a part time basis to cover maternity leave.
You will be dealing with high volume inbound calls and complex issues on a daily basis. You must be proficient with Microsoft packages and IT with strong administration skills.
Reporting into the General Manager, your duties will be,
Position – Customer Service Advisor
Experience in – Telephone/Administration Experience is essential
Location – Stoke-on-Trent
Salary – £9.23+ additional benefits package
