Customer Service Advisor

 

Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity, if so we have an exciting new role on the H2 portfolio working with a well established distribution company on a part time basis to cover maternity leave.

You will be dealing with high volume inbound calls and complex issues on a daily basis.  You must be proficient with Microsoft packages and IT with strong administration skills.

 

Reporting into the General Manager, your duties will be,

  • To answer inbound telephone calls dealing with customer needs
  • Dealing with customer queries by email and internal messaging
  • Liaising with other internal departments
  • Undertake various admin tasks to facilitate our customer transactions
  • Data processing/entry on various platforms
  • Looking after an outbound consolidation process
  • Running the Stock Administration process by administering the Receipt and Despatch of goods
  • Liaising with Drivers, Customers and Colleagues to ensure delivery performance is met
  • Flexibility required to cover holidays

 

Experience Required

  • You must have the ability to manage your workload efficiently to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to communicate across all levels
  • Previous experience of working in similar roles is essential
  • Demonstrate clearly that you can work on your own initiative

Salary – £9.23+ additional benefits package
