  1. Highlight specific points about yourself that you want the interviewer to know
  2. Include some of your hobbies and activities outside of work
  3. Choose two or three qualities about yourself, back them up with work examples and experience
  4. Mention past experiences and proven successes if they specifically relate to the position
  5. And lastly, be prepared – this isn’t the time to ramble on
